As Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), you will lead all behavioral health clinical programming and strategies aimed at meeting clinical benchmarks for quality and productivity, ensuring client care is being provided in accordance with all clinical program regulatory requirements. The CCO is responsible for working closely with the CEO, CAO and COO in establishing and implementing the clinical vision for a comprehensive and integrated model of care serving all ages. Duties include establishing and monitoring all clinical service protocols and practices; performance management, coaching and mentoring of clinical staff; and collaboration with partners, payers and providers.
